    Thanks for posting that, a good watch. A lot of the footage is the same as from the "One man's dream: The Britten bike story" documentary, but I think some is different.

    Something about the video confounds me.

    "loose in a culture that prides itself that you can make anything you need from a piece of wire, a culture built on do-it-yourself, and on a shoestring. John Britten could just be its ultimate son."

    You should all read the biography about him, and you will see that the bike was built and run with anything but "do-it-yourself, and on a shoestring".
