actually its just the perfect size for me. big enough to be really comfortable on the road but not too much of a handful off road. I are very happy with it

Am glad the patch didn't drop off in the night and spill oil all over your shed mate - phew!

And you've cleaned the bikes - CHEERS!!!!!!

Hope you got all that nasty nasty crap lube off the chain that Motorad put on it and then lubed it properly for me!

And hope you didn't forget to clean the oil off the tyres!
And wax and polish the tank!
And make sure there's no smear marks on the lights or mirrors!

Come on, be a good mate!
    Cheers, Dave

Taking anyone up cnut hill would just be cruel, well maybe except for Marks, then we could finally get some photos of him arsing off the KLR!

I have a feeling you will be adding to your mods with a custom seat the way you're going mate!

And then you need a nice aftermarket exhaust!

    And then...

    And then....

Aah adv riding, a nice low cost sport!
    Cheers, Dave

I'm going to blame the five minutes it takes me to pick my bike up as to the
reason I get caught so often.

e.g it sounds like Pampa picked his up in about 6 nanoseconds

Your pic was my second lie down in about 2 meters.
I managed to bury the back wheel so badly I couldn't move.
So I pushed the dainty little bike over and dragged its arse to the side.
Then it took me 3 goes to get it up. I got back on it got it moving again and before I could stand up the front washed on me and down I went.

As you can imagine I remained
cool , calm and collected the whole time.

    The cost of ADV riding.

Well it looks like the PD is out of action til I get some time to strip it down.

On the motorway home last night my indicators, horn and brake lights all stopped working. I'd thought water must have got in somewhere and hoped it would be right once it had dried out.

    But it's not.

I've checked all the fuses and they are fine. I had a look for any disconnected wires but the wiring for the Touratech Rallye computer is a rats nest, wires and huge plugs that don't plug into anything just hanging around and tucked in everywhere, and the junction box where the computer connects to the original loom in under the tank so I'm going to have to pull that off.

And while in there I discovered one of the plugs for a cell in my battery has fallen out, and the others were all either fingertight or just sitting in the top of the plug thread. I'll have to see if a local battery shop has one lying around or if you can buy them as a spare.
