In 1975 I put the wheels off my mates CB125 onto my CR125 and raced it. I invented the supermotard!

Well...perhaps not, but it was an affordable way to race. A Brand new RD250 cost a massive $1050.00, and at the time they were the bike to beat on New Lynn street circuit.

The really rich pricks could afford a CB750, but the RD flogged em in lap times. The 1000cc Goldwing had just come out, but was too heavy and handled like a sack of bricks...but I still remember looking at them and drooling!
    Doing the thinking for you
