    If it is out, there are 2 possibilities...
    Reading high...everyone is passing you
    Reading low...you have lots of demerits

    Odd little note...
    The speedo has to be working, however, if the speedo has been removed for repair the WoF will still be issued as long as you have corosponding paper work showing that it is being fixed.

    yes you can, but it's hard to find one that goes over 100kph

    We dont take them to 100kph, bout 40 max... so a pushbike one is a pass.

    Yaha, I like *totally* agree!

    I just had a "discussion" with someone this morning and they told me that the speedo didn't have to be in working order... I thought it did but I kind of got my hopes up, for about 30 seconds.
