I think we should 'name and shame' people who can't identify motorcycles correctly.

WTF mate....... if someone was clipping every wing mirror in a line of traffic dont you think it'd starting cost him everyday. Just cos you have seen it once or twice doesn't mean it happens past every car. I haven't clipped a wing mirror for a while but the other day i did kick some dick heads wing mirror off, just what im trying to say is we aint gonna clip mirrors for the fun of it everyday! are we! some times the gap is millimeters to small so its just a brush past!

Don't see it as being that big a deal (and no, I'm not one of those wankers), especially as it's one of those things that has its own "just deserts": frequent mirror to mirror contact usually results in the bike's mirror falling apart.
I've clipped a few mirrors, and it irks me when it happens, but it's not the result of being a wanker so much as the occasional misjudging of clearance. Looking where I'm going is more important.
I've never damaged a car's mirror, but I had my own fall off a few years ago, in my early days of communtering.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Careless Use for sure. Wouldn't take much to convince a judge it was dangerous even. The photo would probably do it...

Well spotted. Harley riders don't let go of one hand to wave, let alone take two hands off the bars.

As for bike guy, if he had to do a sudden stop, it'd be interesting to see how the phone gets used in all of that. In a car your total breaking power is at your foot. On a bike there's bugger all at the foot.
His foot would break quite well, i would've thought.......

    Yep, I reckon....

and the rider isn't wearing jandals but gold slippers, floral jeans type pants with a lace pattern around the base and a floral pattern on the thigh. The T-shirt also hasa lacey pattern at the end of the sleeve. And there is a shoulder bag hung over the front of them.

Are we sure this is a guy?

If someone can blow up the picture, it'd make interesting viewing.
