Hi Everyone

My Wife found this site for me - shows shes good for something Eh. I'm glad tho' as I am a committed biker of many years standing and now find myself in possession of my ultimate lust object - namely an Electra Glide. (Although the wife would probably think that the last item was her - apologies). I am posting under this thread tho' as I have a problem that I wonder if anyone can help or suggest help. I found myself very unexpectedly redundant (and therefore homeless) yesterday! Now how do I get the bike, lots of stuff, the wife and 2 kids to Gisborne over the weekend. No company seems to do one way trips, the wife can't drive a truck for 9 hours by herself and I don't really want to have to drive the distance 3 times. Can anyone suggest anything that can help? Please!! Pretty please!! I remain in hope! Tim

Hi Tim welcome to KB. Three times looks like you mate. Pack the wife and your kids in the truck and drive up. Unload and drive back, ride your bike back up. Hope the wife enjoys her trip I am picking however that your lovely lady is good for more than finding KB

You could drive the truck up with ya family (HT ?) , i'll ride ya bike up and drive the truck back with a load of ummmm what do they produce in gisborne ! Sure there would be someone wants some shit carted to the napier or palmy markets !
If there is a back load then it could pay for the truck hire and my expensive drinking habits !

Weekend is out though man, i'm riding sat and sunday ! Good to go monday through thurs !
