    ...naked, with (aftermarket?) dual headlights, parks on Willis St.

    Yeah I should clarify. Parking-type incidents, caused by third parties, that may have damaged the bike; not naughty behaviour on behalf of the rider.

    It was a work colleague who spotted this happening, and later he wrote a note and I stuck it on the handlebar, so the owner is informed.
