Yip... and no, but there is a few doing the training day down here in feb, also HRC have sorted out a couple of rides the same week however things are a bit iffy due to the JBM being canceled.

You brought the STX new dident ya? if so you should have been given a free membership for one year.
You get to join in on lots of activitys on/off rd a mag comes out 4 times a year, free brackdown service good ins prices and 10% off at Honda shops etc

So I was a member when I had the VTR and went on site the other day but their conditions of membership say you need to own a Honda.
Is this true?

I went to the last one.
In case anyone has the wrong impression, it isn't necessary to be a Honda owner/rider to attend at Taupo. I think they charge $85 to Honda RC members and $100 to anyone else. They will talke up to 30 riders on a "development day".
You will need to email the organiser prior to book a place.
