Are these GS or G/S jets? they're 135's.

From memory they came out of my first G/S which had holes drilled in the top of the airbox, trumpets removed from inside the airbox and larger than stock jets when I got it, but then my memory isn't what it used to be

Anyone want them if they are?

They are GS ones. I think I have some spares of them so someone in wellywood can get in there.

I do in some ways but I'm also loving the DR, especially now that I've opened it up a bit. The DR is a whole lot of fun so I wouldn't sell the DR for one.

    eek Paraleaver Problems

Hi guys, can anyone answer a question about the GS Paraleaver set ups. I've only had monoleaver models before, which are straightforward, but I understand that there can be an issue with the Paraleaver universals seizing, as they are only greased, not in oil ? How do you check if it's on it's way out, and is there a mod I can do on the '92 100GS I just picked up. I've heard something about installing a grease nipple. Cheers.

    Welcome DC.
Your bike will be alroght unless it was bought from a dodgy character called Graham in Chch.
I wouldn't get too worried about the bearings. i believe the only way you can tell is feeling for notchiness however boxabits or another local guru will be along to reasuure you. I think they are due for replacement every 30-40K?

If you look on the NZ forum on advrider you will find a bit of airhead madness as there are quite a few of us airheads modding & buggeringaround with our bikes.

Yea, that's me. Geez Graham, someone reckons you're dodgy. Wish I knew that before I bought the bike ! Na, the bike's all good, just need to find time to ride it. I'm back in ChCh next week, so I'll catch up about the panniers, and you'll have an idea about the shaft. I think it's fine, just want to be 1 step ahead. A mate had one seize in the Aussie Outback, ruined his whole trip. Mind you, his PD had a sidecar attached with a couple hundred kg's of gear on board !
