I will be heading to the South Island this Saturday to join in and hopefully see some great country side and trails I haven't ridden yet. This is a fundraiser for the westpac helicopters so if you feel the need there are links on the site to make a donation.
    Cheers GSers
Well its now been there and done that !!! WHAT A BLAST !!!
Up the Rakaia River around behind Mt Hutt coming out a Lake Herion to Mount Sommers From there carrying onto Black Forest Station and Danseys Pass, The next day it was the Old Dunstan Trail in the morning and the the Nevis in the afternoon before stopping in Queenstown for the night Best days riding ever !!!!! The next morning the bikes are loaded on a barge (approx 20 bikes) and taken across to Walter Peak Station down to the Mavora Lakes and then on to Te Anau from there I let the group carry on to Bluff and I headed back north back tracking some roads we had done ie Danseys Haka & Mackenzie Pass to Rangiora for the night before the final leg back to the ferry and home. For me it was a total of 2908 kms Much Enjoyed. Thanks to the Organisers
    regards GSers

    GS anniversary

Big thanks to the organisers and people that made it all run smoothly. I joined in Picton and left in Waipiata. Best riding that I have ever done. Great tracks, Great people, Great hosts, pretty much everything went as clockwork. Everybodies effort in getting it together was truly appreciated. Sounds like you had a blast over the Nevis and down to Bluff. Cheers.

up and running. did some riding last weekend. You really notice the difference between the mono and the para when doing some tech riding over rocks. especially on the uphills when you have the power down. The torque really stiffens up the rear and its like riding a hardtail, will take some getting used to again.

Added fairing and PD tank too. Just need some lowered pegs urgently though.

I like this too. Someones spent a lot of time on the polisher.

I like the indicators & headlite bracket but the front master cylinder is a bit off.
