as far as i know the std shock is not rebuildable.Some clever bastard could make it so i suppose.My rear shock was absolutely had it.In comparison i dont even feel bumps and dips in the road that had my old shock in fits.
I send you my old shock if you want it.I was gonna go and see Damon at cycle works to see if he could make it rebuildabale(ie able to take it apart to replace seals and alter damping change fluids etc)
the guy's down at Dirt Action Services in CHCH can rebuild "non-rebuildable" shocks, they sucessfully rebuilt the standard PD shock off my old man's bike.
