was at the Countdown in Lynfeild about a year ago on Spooky.. went in to get some smokes and when i came out..some fat fucking islander had made himself at home on the seat and was bouncing up and down on the shocks while his mates looked on and had their grubby KFC'd meathooks all over the windscreen and pipe
i walked up with my helmet in my hand and said ..
" hey man .. nice bike"
"chur bro.. but its not mine ..."
"exactly .. its mine .. now fuck off"
there was only 3 of them though...![]()
so why was he taking the photos again![]()
If you are behind me
Dont ask as I am lost too.
i dunno.... side on pic is pretty common..... taking one of the plate is blatently obvious... why take a pic when you can just note it down...
Hmmm i wonder if they are ordering replacement keys from overseas.... walk up...key in.... bye.
That's a complicated question because the Crimes Act was updated a few years ago to make an offense out of "Intimate Covert Filming". The updates were made so that the authorities could criminalise things like upskirt photography, or the use of hidden cameras in changing rooms and public toilets.
The updates to the Crimes Act have made it an offense to take photos in a place where the victim is "naked or has the sexual parts of his or her body exposed, partially exposed, or clad solely in undergarments or is engaged in an intimate sexual activity or other personal bodily activity that involves dressing or undressing." However the updates only cover photography in places where there's a reasonable expectation of privacy. Public places like beaches are very much a gray area.
But as I am sure you can understand, a naked motorcycle is not the same thing as a naked person.
The greatest pleasure of my recent life has been speed on the road. . . . I lose detail at even moderate speed but gain comprehension. . . . I could write for hours on the lustfulness of moving swiftly.
