    Lucas did drop some clangers like all makers.

    The alloy switchgear on the early OIF bikes was an example... The pre zenner switch controlled alternator systems were poorly understood and NOT a great idea but this was bleeding edge stuff back then...

    I can lift a Bonneville so that both wheels are off the ground.

    The problem with mine was gremlins in the loom. It was the case with all those bikes that I could afford back them. You bought someone else's f*ck ups.
