Skateboarder on suicide mission...
Just another chapter in the annals of the biker's hazards...
In the dark, wearing black, without a sign of reflective anything, a skateboarder comes down the hill, on the road, decides to turn across the road in front of myself on the bike...just as I got close to him....
Brakes on? Horn on? Road rage on? - Check.
Turned around and followed him to ask, in haughty tones, "Precisely hwhat, my good man, did you think you were doing just there?"
"Oh I was looking out for cars, not bikes..."
Well fuck me, I am sure in an argument with a bike he would have nothing to fear....I did ask him had he missed the dual headlights....not a lot to say to that.
I suggested that I did not want to spend time removing his blood from my bike and requested more discretion in the future...fat chance. He fully intended to continue his ride he told me. I asked if he would mind waiting 'til I was gone....

lol we use to ride the Whitby hill when we were kids. was no thing called safety.
