It's still not as bad as that penis extension a certain KLR has got. You can't hear yours a km away.

Has the jetting been played with at all?

It should have been for that pipe.
Otherwise you need a dynojet kit.

The only way to stop the popping on a DR650 is with a pumper carb with air cut valve (FCR39 off a YFZ450 quad).

Just got off phone, with the boss, and have secured the job...starting work next week.... will be working on the Rimutaka hill project. 3-4yr. contract....so im a happy man...

Should keep your riding fund healthy too

No major plans for the DR, but on my list are:

14T front sprocket.
Tall windshield.
Pannier racks & bags.

It wouldn't be too hard to tell them apart though...........no, not from the broken bits. Mine would be always covered in mud.
