Take a right turn and head into Tuscany before you go to San Marino. Need to visit Firenze, San Gimignano and Siena. Take piccies and make me homesick (I spent a lot of time there in my childhood).

Oh and do not take the Superstrada (Motorway) coz the twisties in Toscana are to die for.

Will have a look, although it will add distance and i'm trying to keep it to short days so i actually have time to see stuff as well as ride.

You won't be dissapointed by Tuscany, but you will need a bit more time to take it in and chill. $30 for a beer take sa bit of e

Holland is a great place. Perhaps not the best motorcycle riding on the planet (by a long way), though the very attractive women make up for that and are also a great ride.

Of course Amsterdam is famous for the fact that you get to ride the beautiful women (for a fee of course! )
If time is an issue then I say miss out Venice and San Marino and head to Tuscany...but then I'm biased. Enjoy.

Well, as mentioned in the scotland thread, the trip had to be shortened somewhat ... but still managed two weeks on the continent.

As i'm a bit lazy instead of uploading photos here is the public facebook link to both albums.

    Album 1

    Album 2

    Enjoy

Great pics mate, hope you enjoyed your trip.

If you're ever back over around Holland/Belgium and need a place to crash just flick me a pm... always cold beers in the fridge and plenty of space for the bikes.

    Huh.
I didn't realise there was anyone from the Netherlands on KB. My wife's parents are both from Deurne, and we spent a week there (and touring around a bit) last year. We're going back again in May/June next year, probably for a week, before spending 3 weeks in France and Germany. This time we'll probably not spend much time in Deurne, but in Lelystad and maybe near den Haag.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

If you've got time when you're over next come and check out Breda, it's a beautiful city.
