Jovo, in all serrious, dont smash the guy if u find him. Follow him and find out where he lives. He might have some other persons stolen stuff as well.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

    Man are you lucky!!

My solution would be to wait until he stops at the lights, walk up to him and flick the kill switch then turn the key and knock him off. Citizen arrest and get someone to call the police.

First I would call *555 regardless of what was happening.

If the rider stopped for a red light or traffic queue, then I'd get out and give the rider a shoulder charge. Best outcome would be to tip them both over. You can't ride off when the bike is on its side.
The greatest pleasure of my recent life has been speed on the road. . . . I lose detail at even moderate speed but gain comprehension. . . . I could write for hours on the lustfulness of moving swiftly.

1 of 2 things.... what ducatilover said or he's lying.

    If he's lying, too bad

If he bought it he should have checked the vin number first while test riding it!!

My best bit of advice. If you're in your cage again make sure you've purchased a car charger for the phone. Can the phone take pix btw??

I suspect if the guy was innocent, he'd be very understanding of the situation (as long as ya didn't kill him...) and I think we all know he wasn't taking it back....

    ..

    A yellow ZX9R who the fuck would steal that ! ! !

Must be one ugly fcking bike..

You will problay find it no longer requires a key either as they used a screwdriver to start it....

That screwdriver could be in his pocket so be carefull...He might not care about going to jail for stabbing some punk with it ! !

Truth dude. I think most likely I'da done EXACTLY what you did.
Id like to think I would have been quick thinking enough to have run up to him at first chance and ripped key out of ignition. With bike stopped he really has no way of escaping barr on foot.
But in the heat of the moment --dunno.
