Correction - towards new bikers on small bikes. Watch someone do the same to some asshole on a fat harley? I DO NOT THINK SO.

i had a guy pull the pump over my bike to get to his double parked car, had the hose resting on my buell when i came out.
i told him it was an expensive bike and he seemed to get the message.

however, cars don't move on till they have paid and neither do I unless i feel like it at the time. and if i don't feel like it tough shit car.

sometimes i just want to dose people in petrol and pull my lighter out.

I don't need to but I know that I would appreciate that fact that someone had the decency to consider me, good karma I guess...manners too.

I would have reversed so that my rear tyre was touching his bumper, held the front brake, and 'cleaned' the diesel off my rear tyre by giving it some revs and ditching the clutch. It would be his fault for parking too close that I burnt it with tyre rubber.

    There's always one....

I was filling up at the gas station at whangamata - it was busy, there was a car full of youngins in beach apparel being a bit loud, pulled in behind me. As I went to pay they yelled some abuse about shifting the bike first.
I paid, came back and hopped on the bike, before I got it started they pulled up real close and blasted the horn.......... I got a bit angry

Now I'm not small - big really, I hadn't shaved for a while and have a No 1 hair cut - I guess when I'm mad I look a bit intimidating

Got off the bike all calm like, took my helmet off and started walking toward them......
There jolliness turned to an 'ah o' look... car in reverse and they were gone.
Lifes Just one big ride - buckle up or hang on

They want you to be nice and they yell abuse to you? I would have thought asking nicely would be more likely to get a positive result, some people have no fuckin' idea!

Thats what i was going to ask.. if you do move your bike and someone uses the pump while your waiting in a line to pay, it would add up on your bill wouldnt it? So how does moving your bike before you pay ment to work?

Yeah, good point. I'll move my bike after I've paid, when I'm putting my gear back on etc. but never before that.

Not at all... The till system is smart enough to store each pick-up of the handle as a separate transaction.
