ha haaa, my mate got a "guthie renker" a few weeks ago from a workmate who wasn't using it. he thrashed it for 2 weeks then we went out on a ride and i was struggling like fuck to keep up with him so had to have one. I got it from the Porirua rubbish dump recycling centre for 25 bucks and 20 mins kills me but it's all gonna be worth it when i have guns like Arnie.

So... what's your workout plan? make a difference?

LOL I go to the gym 5 days a week. I dropped 11 kg last year, but have found about 5 of it again. I tell you what, you can ride so much better when you are fit.

If you want to drop a few KG's 90% of it is all in what you eat and how you eat.

I got one of those mate. Spacemate Genesis! They are bloody good machines actually, you need to find a manual or instruction vid and poster for it. you can do all sorts of chest and arm exercises as well by turning that front thingy and the seat around. Has your mate got them with his?
Best thing if its not a garage ornament like mine is for long long periods.
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

ha haaa, in that case, i have 3 rides. I can't quite do 2 mins on my 3rd ride but she must be really fit cos she always says: "is that all?" as if she expects more or something?

Telli: it's just like a dirtbike except not at all. just mount it and pull, pull like you've never pulled before (which i know you have)

I'm after strength cheese, thrashed the gym for a while with my sister but she and all the other girls in the Les Mills class made me self concious of my stamina. Have you ever done a "pump" class? nearly killed me. I can kick her ass on the cycle thingies tho and the rowing machine. I wish i could afford the gym cos at least there's nice things to look at. I get so bored on the spacemate genesis and that usually is what stops me riding it's ass. Either that or the lack of breath, failing arms or the sweat stinging my eyes

Yeah reckless that's what it's called. My mates one is a "guthie renker power rider" but if you've got the manual for yours i'd be keen as? i think it's due for a piston and valves anyway.

I've done 20 mins a night for the last 10 days except saturday. gonna keep it up and see if i get quicker. I think the real key to improvement (which i have been avoiding) will be quitting smoking. but fuck that

I'll try and find the vid for ya, my mates got one of those dual - tape to disc thingies so if I can find it I'll make you a copy! I have the poster as well but might have to copy that on A3???

yeah well it's quite funny cos Dave got the power rider so i thought... where can i get something like this for cheap. I figured that everyone ends up biffing this type of shit out so i'll have a look at the dump..... Oh the selection... there were rowing machines, cycle thingies, ab flexie roll around on the floor things. It was like walking into the "as seen on TV store" in the 1990s except the shop assistants had no teeth.

Anyway, the spacemate was there and there was a power rider there too, so I put em side by side and worked out for a while! and the space mate is definately better, i recon it's cos it's bigger and the handles have like universal joints so you can focus the pain into different areas just by slightly modifying you style.

Secondfield is talking of going there to pick up the power rider now LOL, i recon we'll get so into it that we'll forget we ever rode dirtbikes and just start an exercise club... naaaaah, gay

Can't do your arms, chest, Abs etc on a power rider mate, this one can do them and make you work hard!
