I've been having trouble with this pic posting thing ,but there's a handful here (the rest were pretty crap, must get a better camera)
A couple of Africa twin shots (of course)
Bart doing a culvert inspection ,you can see his skid to the left of the marker peg.
Zerax nailing it up a steep side track off Porika.
And woodman not knowing whether to laugh or cry over this situation
Here's a few photos from the trip that I took on the borrowed camera so not greatest quality but hope you enjoy anyway. I was pootlin along at/near the back most of the time, takin care of my back tryin not to have any serious offs, so consequently didn't get hardly any action shots - sorry guys!
Most of these are compressed so shout me if you want large size files emailed to you!
1. Rough trip out Wednesday!
2. With Joe up on Port Underwood Road.
3. Big meet up in St. Arnaud.
4. Pylon side track on Porika Track - teensy bit of snow!
Cheers, Dave
1. Eddie on the BMW PD across a ford on the Braeburn Track.
2. Then Joe on the Safari Slut DR.
3. And Steve on his KTM.
4. Matt sorts the hosekeeping at Reefton!
Cheers, Dave
few more
1. Great coffee & date scones at the TeaRooms in Reefton!
2. Nordie on the Big River Track approaching the last lookout point.
3. The double boulder crossing where most turned round on the Waitehu River Track.
4. Start of the New Creek Track - couple of bikes that attracted plenty of drooling!
Cheers, Dave
1. The River at the end of the New Creek Track, with the track to Denniston so tantalisingly close on the other bank!!!!
2. Nigel HAD to have a look on the KLR!!! This side river coming in was no problem but even Nigel wouldn't have gotten across the main river on his own - DEEP!!!!!! A good reason to head back in the late Spring or Summer tho!!!
Cheers, Dave
