Babysteps takes a giant fuc%%ing leap!

Well, what an awesome weekend that was!

As you might know from the multitude of threads I've started I've been working my way up the bike ladder. On Thursday I sat and passed my full license

On Friday I flew to Tauranga and picked up my 2008 Aprilia Pegaso and rode it home the Christchurch

Drool away if you must but please wipe off the paint work after you have finished

Great choice of bike, did a 9000 km tour of Argentina on a transalp with Fodo late last year and he was raving on how good the Aprilia was / is compare to the honda. Your at the right end of the country to enjoy an adventure bike.... enjoy !

    Thanks Guys!

Its a dream to ride, really comfy seat and that is a godsend after the Djebel and its plank of 2x4!

Not much of a ride report sorry, most of it was straight down route 1 as i didn't have much time for adventure. Met some cool folks on the ferry though.

What a cool bike! Pity you didn't have time to enjoy the trip. Probably wise to stay on the seal for your first trip on it.
