    Smiley daughters!

That's sorted it - TOTAL and UTTER conversion to DR!!!!

Just gave the 5 & 3 yr old daughters a few goes round the cul-de-sac on the DR; 5yr old on the back and 3 yr up front (separately I might add!) and both loved it so now have made rod for my own back! Actually the eldest could reach the pegs easy and was nice and comfortable on the back, so guess I had better buy her a helmet for a surprise.

Apparently I went "super fast" like Rocket on Little Einsteins so I now have smiley daughters to hand back to their mum shortly; who I'm sure will read me the riot act for taking them on the bike heehee!
    Cheers, Dave

Uh oh...not looking good there Dave...my wee girl developed the taste for speed at that age too....I came home from work and learnt she had been in a real shirty all day. I was looking after a Subaru SVX 3.3 rocket at the time, so "Right Possum you n me out to the car NOW!
I strapped her in and drove nice and slowly out and down the road to a 1 km deserted straight and stopped at one end.

She did not speak a word, still with the harumph sour face. Then I floored it, well did that little rocket ship shuffle or what?....Two weeks later, she still had that wide eyed grin plastered all over her face and now 18 years later, nothing is fast enough.

Sorry Dave there is no turning back now, your daughters are scarred with the bug for life now.

Not too many problems with my little fella. First photo was just before x-mas, second was today. I don't think he's quite got the hang of it yet. These weren't posed either.

Bugger. It's all about to start. 18 months old, and I couldn't drag him away from this little yellow beast.
