Have a Happy B.A.D.D Easter Holiday!

    Hey Guys
    Just a wee reminder....

    By now Im sure I preach to the converted here when I say;

Dont passenger with anyone who has been drinking and play your part to reduce alcohol related fatalities.

    As B.A.D.D and NZSRA say:

Id Rather Passenger a Sidecar - Than a Drunk Driver

Plan your night out and your way home while sober

    Taking keys off Drunken Monkeys

Calling 111 or *555 if following erratic driving

Being responsible hosts, food, water and beds (Or floors).

Offering to sober drive and taking turns over the Easter Holidays in your group, so everyone has a fair go.

AND DONT FORGET..morning after hangover will mean you could still be over the limit, dulling and slowing your reaction time.
Also understand that alcohol manifests itself in the body as ethanol, and if you've exceed your livers capabilities - it can cause you to fall asleep without warning.
Alcohol will stay in your system for days.

Understand your limit..your variables, and your bodies capabilties
    A 330ml can is 1.3 standard drinks
90mls of wine is 1 standard drink

Your body expells alcohol at the rate of ONE standard drink per hour, based on a healthy liver ONLY.

    Please have a Safe Easter!

    Cheers from the B.A.D.D Team!!!!

Yup, we promise to behave. Staying home tonight for beers and woodfired pizza, and some great music.
