Thought the 250s was a pretty good race. Sahme about the 125s and GP. Tomorrow perhaps then. Will have to keep a close eye on when it is aired on sky.

What a huge disappointment for the 125 riders and also the GP guys and all because of mother nature. Got up at 5 looking forward to the start of the GP Series and good old Mother Nature had to dampen the 1st round.
The 125 race was starting to look like a pretty close and exciting race and then 4 laps in the sky opened up and down came the rain, and rain that was coming down fairly hard.
Then 1/2 hr later out come the 250's and they managed to get all of the 13 laps in with out any problem and there was great racing to be watched.
Then looking forward to seeing the GP riders come out was quickly cut short due to you know what????? Yes the heavens opened up yet again with out them even getting a warm up lap in.
Their not sure whether the race will be run on Monday arvo their time or whether it might be run later in September, have to wait to see what decision has been made.
Its just 1 of those things that no-one has any say in when good old Mother Nature does what she does so well ruin a good day.
And I was so looking forward to seeing Stoner kick Rossi's butt all the way around the 22 laps that they were suppose to have run.
    Oh Well next round maybe!!!!!!

I can't remember if the commentators were just talking about a rumour but I'm sure they said it would resume in 6am, and it was around 12 then in Qatar, so it might be going again at 3pm our time? Probably won't go on sky though, but neither will motogp Qatar highlights so maybe they will shift everything else back a couple hours to make room for the race?

What a waste... the conditions aren't always going to be perfect, they need to learn to adapt

Get serious, are you telling me you'd race a Moto GP bike in that weather? Good on ya!

A race in daytime in rain or shine, sure, but doing 320+ in the wet with that much glare can't be a good idea...

I heard that - but the Moto GP website only says consideration is being given to making it Monday.

Im not talking about when it was bucketing down, but did they have to wait till the track was 100% dry for the 250's?

that sucked balls, I know it was raining but cmon. Fark me, I remember watching the old 500 gps, they would ride those things on flooded tracks in pouring rain. So you go a bit slower and its slippery. They should have waited for it to calm down a little. Pedrosa was like..."lets race in the rain". Cmon motogp HTFU.

If I was good enough to race, I would know that sometimes I would be racing in atrocious conditions. Have you people seen what conditions world superbikes have raced in before, now there is racing.

Dissapointed is an understatement. That was crap, at least the 250s were fantastic as well as the 2 laps of the 125.

Motogp is dying. The racers should be holding the umbrellas and the pit girls should be racing.
