Anyone in Auckland help me out please?

Heya,

I have a friend who's getting into biking and is very keen on a Kawasaki EL-250 Eliminator.
It appears to have been well looked after but as we're in Welly it's a little difficult for me to look at it. Also, I really didn't want to encourage him to buy it over the net and ship it down without getting it looked at by some knowledgeable eyes.

It's in Waitakere City (according to TM).

The owner is away until next weekend so could someone help please with checking it out then ?

Hi. I bought my bike off trade me from the North Island. Couldn't get up to see it, so i got the owner to take it into a bike shop up there. Got them to give it a good going over and fax me the report. Payment was made through an accountant firm, and they didn't release the money until I told them bike had arrived and i was happy with it. A bit of a risk buying like this, just have to minimise the risk as much as you can. My bike is just as described and am really happy with it so all good.

I did the same thing and it all worked out awesome for me too
