I havent heard any news so far as to progress on the new laws. Pm ixion he should be able to give you updates as BRONZ is probably the first to know stuff.

It all died when the government changed.

Scuttlebutt has it that the faceless ones are still working on them, and September this year has been whispered. I wouldn't place too much faith on th edate.

The LAMS schem is almost certain to get off the ground eventually, the delay is because the new gubbermint don't see eye to eye with the bureaucrats about some of the other stuff the old gubbermint signed up to.

All that can safely be said is that any change will be AT LEAST 6 months away .
