Have you got any old knobblies?

Being the tight arse that I am, and the fact that I don't use my trail bike as often as I should, I would like to pick up some used knobblies that aren't too rounded. I only go riding at the river and am sick of the crap, old as tyres I currently have. They have no grip, fill with mud and I go sliding all over the place.

I only have an old 1981 Honda XL. I'm not sure what size I need but I'm hoping someone on here will know and be able to help me out.

Any help you guys can give would be much appreciated.

take the tyre off and screw in a whole lot of screws from the inside out... youl get meeeean grip. ahaha.

on a serious note, i feel for ya, i used to be the same, pulled a whole bunch of tyres out of a silage pit down the road, lasted 3 or so rides before all the knobs fell off.

im guessin youd be after 18"... presuming its a 250. itl say on the side of your tyres

Look on the bright side, if ya learn to ride with shit tyres, youl fly when ya get a good one

Its a 185. My bikes all the way out at Rangiora. I guess I'll have to go for a drive out there this afternoon to see what size I need.
