    eBike Insurance

Has anyone else had a problem getting insurance docs from them?

I've been insured for three months now, and STILL haven't received my certificate. I've been on the phone every week, and have been promised they'd send another one.
Today I've been told they've got a problem that someone in the UK in their technical department is sorting out.

Being slightly retarded, as I obviously am, three months does seem to me to be a remarkably long time to get a printer working, even if someone in the UK is trying to fix it.

Anyone on here work for them?
It's only when you take the piss out of a partially shaved wookie with an overactive 'me' gene and stapled on piss flaps that it becomes a problem.

I did an online quote from their website...
Once I had crawled back up onto the chair, I closed the browser and went away laughing.

    Fucking rip-off.

If it takes that long for a little bite of paper work I wonder what it would be like to make a claim??

Well.... I was insured with the same company in Pomgolia, and they were fine there.
And.. they were about half the price of anyone else I could get an online quote with.
They've got an office in the CBD, so I might go knocking on the door tomorrow.

Well I have used them for the past 2 years. They gave me full no claims so their quote seemed attractive. When their website doesn't work properly or you have a question, it can be quite difficult to get an answer.

I was a bit suspicious of them but when I sold my bike and cancelled early they refunded the money without any problem.

I think they're OK myself and underwritten by some big well known players.

But wait that can't be right. On their home page it says "Documents sent next working day.No long wait for your documentation"
