    Skid Knobs save the day

So - being a muppet I dropped the Bandit in the car park at work.
Hard to explain how it happened - basically trying to ride around a car that was in my way and go up a retaining step to where I normally park.

The good news is that the crash knob prevented any damage.

The bad news is that the bolt holding the crash knob has bent.

The good news is that Steve from F1 engineering has said he'll send a replacement bolt for free.

So to recap - my parking skillz suck and Steve from F1 engineering is a top notch bloke.

If you don't have crash knobs check out http://www.rapidartnz.com/ and get some.

    Good news.

I'm looking at picking some up soon. Will definitely have a look. I only wish that there was more after-sales service that was similar to this.

And Steve, i'd be stoked with great after-sales service too, who cares how small the gesture is. Better than nothing.
