    Togs, togs, togs.....undies

Seriously, am i the only one who finds that those very colourful one piece leather racing suits are meant for the track, but when you see them on the road they are like the "togs, togs, togs" advertisement but "straight, straight, straight....GAY!"
    ?
I mean those things must have a pocket for your KY lube and whatever else butthole surfers carry (no offence intended)
And don't even start me on leather vests and chaps!!

See moral of the story is to get a nice black 2 peice from Quasi

I think it does depend on how good the rider is, for example the guy I say wearing a alpine star 1 peice on a shiny new GN250 had a few issues I'd say...

Just depends on how many slide seconds you want when your going down the road on your back I guess.
For mine is the suffering, and the power, and the glory, two wheels for ever and ever, amen.

The dumbest thing is the rider who doesn't wear the best protective gear they've got. You look a lot sillier limping around in the summer time with your legs wrapped in bandages on the way to your daily dressing change.
It's only gaybos that care what others think about their appearance anyway

It is up to the rider what is worn whilst riding. Personal preference... and choice...

I'm sure if you fell off you wouldn't give a shit what colour it was so long as skin and bone were intact.
I'd be more concerned about the idiots that where sweet FA in the way of protective gear!

Thats what paddock jackets are for--over the top of the leathers no more gay look.

I'm not knocking the actual suits themselves, good idea - just the flamboyant ones in all sort of bright, girly patterns and the riders are usually on sports bikes that are head down bum up as if to say "Take me Richard Simmons, I'm all yours!"

A universal dream of greatness is that
We push ourselves to the limit
Yet still be brilliant when the chips are down.
Sometimes , The struggle kills the dream.

Whatever Sounds like the argument that unless you are fast you aren't qualified to wear one

Guess what?! I am slow and I wear mine on the road as well as on the track AND it is bright as hell! Guess what else?! Cagers see me coming - unlike when I wear my subtle plain coloured corduras and if I come off in my squid suit I'm going to be a hell of a lot better off than I would in my subtle but 'cooler' looking gears.

Not everyone gives a toss on the colour scheme of their 'very protective' leather suits and unless you can afford to buy custom or quasi or be picky about colours you wear what you can get your mitts on.

As opposed to sitting back armchair styles in your black jeans waiting for Carson Daly to suck your cock?
