Their location was less than desirable (Hard to get to unless you're a local), wont have helped
And just when I had found a good group to ride with, had a great ride with them about 3 weeks ago.
RIP
Yup they went into liquidation last week. Real sad as they were a great bike shop family. They will be badly missed. I loved dropping in and chatting to them, sadly though they didn't get the right bike in for me to buy.
But being local they were damb handy to drop in for services and the like.
They had lots of neat things like 10% off, free tyre presure and chain lube, Sunday rides..........![]()
real shame that. They were a good bunch of guys .
All i can say is im verrryyy happy. not because there closed down but im happy about this. hahaha - damn no more honda shop out west though.
" yah trick yah "
Freebies and "good" deals mean that the shop is not making a profit.
If the shop does not make a profit, it goes out of business.
It is no coincidence that "expensive" enterprises in any line tend to stay in business, in tough times and easy.
ok to the 2 idiots who repd me dont know why im happy . don is good and ive spent 1000's there . so pfft gub and patch lame.
" yah trick yah "
Further more. in no way am i happy its because someones gone under its the fact a prime pice or proeprty wil be back up for lease. so to the people who have no idea . pull your bloody heads in.

Toby Beadle, who was the mechanic at WWH, has restarted his own buisness. So if you are wanting the same quality support in mechanical service give him a call.

...and there's always Henderson Yahama, they're a cool bunch of people
Don and Amanda are definitely good sorts!
Definitely a shame to see them go!!
And now not having a Honda dealership in our neck of the woods kinda sux too!
Didnt know Phil Turnuill was having troubles. That place was one of my haunts when I was younger![]()
I went to WWH for most of my biking needs, but only because they were local.
The way i've been treated there time and time again, i'm brutally, honestly not surprised they went under.
It's a shame none the less.

Thanks for that. Followed Toby and Lewis from Henderson M/c's to WWH they were both very good to me, even though I never had a Yammaha or a Honda, they always seen me right with my err... unusual requests.
Anybody know where Lewis has gone to work now?
I have been back to Henderson M/C's since the changeover and was not impressed with a lot of things. Where to out west then?
Blast From The Past Axis of Oil
I think you might have to contact Toby to find Lewis. Henderson is the only other bike shop I am aware of in the west.
