    YZ250 1996-2001 Rims to Fit 2008?

Does anyone know if these rims will fit on my 08 model, even if it means different spacers or something?

Would be good to have a spare wheel set, even if they dont look that pretty

    if you go to yamaha.com
    http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/my...starthere.aspx

they use the same hub as it uses the same part number for the rear but the 08 uses a 1.85/19 rim aposed to the 01 which is a 2.15/19
the front rim is the same size but uses different part number so who know could be due to different make of rim the hub the part number is different but only the fisrt couple a numbers which is normally just the year.

At that price i would just take the risk and purchase them.
I used to run a YZ250 rear wheel on my YZF with no problems, it was a different " wheel.

would it matter that the rim is wider? i thought 1.85 was the width of a 125/250f rim... would just be great to have a set to tear around home or the ramps on, then have a set with good tyres for racing/trail rides until i can afford a nice black set of excels with blue hubs
