I ride with the L plate off cos that's what made me get pulled over the first time... riding on the motorway at 80k with an L plate....

and madbikeboy... I've been riding for over 2 years now, and I'm definitely outriding the TU250 by now... Just haven't had the cash to pay for my restricted. Ahhhh life...
And you are the future of NZ...

Geezer riding a Volty for 2 years is hardly a qualification to call yourself a good enough rider to go up...

When I used to work at the Uni - the students used to keep telling me how they were the future.

What a load of bollocks. 3/4's of degrees aren't worth the paper they are written on these days.

1/2 the time we spend the first year having to teach uni grads that they indeed know 2 /10ths of fuck all.

SME business owners - they are going to be the future of NZ

I see our original poster has been online this evening but hasn't popped back in here to post or let us know if he took the bus or bike to school today - or did I miss it?

I'm a bit different there, I'm doing a physics major. Yes, relativity, quantum mechanics, that sort of stuff.

Funny, I can deal with that shit but can't seem to get my head around the fact that I'm not allowed to ride a non-warranted/rego'd bike. Maybe I'll learn one day.

And yes, I did ride today

Warrant is booked for sat, booking my restricted tomorrow. Not that you guys care anyway.

You are all really nice people

Yeah - big words like quantum physics dont impress me - you are no different than a arts major until you can do something with it.

For a smart kid you really are dumb

Good on you for starting to get things in order, but mate, if you get pulled again, and admit it on here, I will laugh, really I will, hard out laugh at you! Just for the record, if I meet you out on the road I will also laugh at you

Yea, right man, just the fact you actually need half a brain for that shit.

WHICH OBVIOUSLY I DO NOT FROM MY INCIDENTS ON THE ROAD!!!

It's funny, you are all telling me to grow up and be a man when you're all acting like school kids picking on the 'black sheep'.

I know it's a collective ego boost for you all, most of you middle aged 'life experienced' people (bullshit), and you all feel better and smug that you are part of a group and can knock this guy down who fucked up.

    Fucking good on you.

I'm over this, don't give s hit what you guys think. If you've got something constructive to say then I'll take notice (not that you cool guys would give a fuck anyway), otherwise I've got better things to worry about than what some internet warriors have to say to me or about me online.

    Take care

Maybe take the course 'Welcome to the World 101' mate. Having to meet legal requirements is not rocket science, or quantum whatevers.

All the best for your weekend efforts
