Well after 16 years of riding Guzzi road bike's I needed a change.
So I tried Triumph, first it was a 03 Daytona 955i, great bike but I would not keep my license on it.
So brought a 08 Sprint and it is a great bike to and good for touring.
But as good as it is something was still missing.
As it turned out they had to many cylinders and I prefer twin and singles.
And I had thought about a Cruiser now and then.
So I tried out a few of different makes and the one bike I kept on over looking was the Triumph Speed Master and America as they have a smaller motor.
Well after missing out on test rides on these bikes for years I asked Street and Sport to have a ride on one.
They said (as they normally do) fine, go to Little River for a Coffee and just get back before we close.
Well what can I say, apart from what I liked riding it.
I had a ball riding it and to think I had been side stepping them for awhile now.
They are light weight corner well have enough power to get the job done.
And with the factory louder pipes they sound great as well with the help of the 270 deg crank. (to the 360 deg crank the other 900's have)
So I hope I have found the right bike for me now.
I may buy another Sports bike, but I think I will keep this one as I did with my Guzzi's, well the one that we will keep and that is a nice MKIII Le Mans.
