    someone sent me a link to some pics of you doing Thompsons track in Waikato. that was funny. did it on me bike 10 years ago. looks like it got easier

    Yeah but the depth varies considerably. The link in my signature has a few on the wettest trip up there and thats the easy side from Te Aroha not the KatiKati side, plus other tracks.

    the back wheel was solid when i left and had the cyclinders under at one stage
