to be honest i'd rather have a serious logo than a silly one - it represents us and if we ever get into writing letters as submissions (asking for sponsorship/funding?) it'd just go along a lot better, also serious logos don't get "tired" or grow old as much. It doesn't have to be boring but it should be simple - the M for maccas is a good example of what a logo should be, it ticks all the right boxes.

Weird? Complex? Who suggested anything either weird or complex. A nice simple logo, just incorporating the key identified SMC essentials . Nothing weird or complex about it. Well, not compared to the weird and complex things I *could* come up with, anyway.

oooh, I thought about something while on the bus.
We should have it represent the SMC properly.
In other words, have like half of the logo looking all pretty and well made, and then the other half like a barely finished pencil drawing or something, to show how we at least do most of the stuff we do nicely, even if we then do teh rest half hazardly

OK im gonna stick with my original logo guys.....i like it and think it represents the club. sweet so thats my proposal., like i said colours can be changed but black and white is simple and nice.
