    Proper sex

I thought my cbr250 was better than sex, which it was, but ive just bought my first big bike, cbr600fv, and im speechless as to how stupidly fast it is (compared with previous rides) and how little attention the missus is now going to get. Im taking it relatively easy being a new bike for me, but I find it hard to keep below the speed limit, even on the open road, overtaking a line of cars saw an effortless and unintentional trip past 200kmh. Ever since i got my licence at 15 yrs old, ive wanted a1000cc sportsbike, but now im wonderinmg if thats really needed on new zealand roads. Although, I spose the less time it takes to overtake a car, or a line of them, the safer right...

I think you need some better sex in your life

    Congrats on the bike.

There will be far slower 1000cc bikes around.

    Have fun.

No I wouldn't think it's any safer - is a 1000cc needed on NZ roads- no
It's all about what kind of bike suits you - I like the torque of the 1200 I ride, that fact I don't need to play around up in the higher revs to get things to happen suits me.
Each to their own, it's all about how you want to ride and what suits you.
And the CBR600 is a fast bike, and can be competitive with a lot of 1000cc's in the right hands
Lifes Just one big ride - buckle up or hang on

My girl once asked me, "if you had to give up either sex, or motorcycles, which one would you choose?." I couldnt give her an answer right away........... I said I'd have to think about that one. I'm still trying to decide.
In the meantime, I'll enjoy both thankyou very much

    Me too...!

I've just recently gone from a 250 Magna (cruiser style) to a CBR600F and just like you I luv it!

Great power and such a thrill to ride...

Just have to watch the right hand doesn't get carried away...!
Studies have shown that your keyboard and mouse are some of the most germ-ridden devices you own, surpassing even doorknobs and toilet seats...

Nice bike dude. I hope she treats you well.

But lay off the "is a 1000cc really needed for NZ roads" comments until you've owned one for a while. It's horses for courses - not everyone rides at full throttle all the time.

Have fun with the new ride! And treat the missus well - winter's coming and motorcycles aren't very warm to cuddle up to on a cold night...
