    NEW BIKE!!

i got a new bike on saturday!!!(yesterday) im so happy right now!! its nothing tooo fancy, its a 1996 kawasaki ZZR 250. needs a lil tidy up and stuff. paints a bit rough but itll do. had to ride it home from wellington today! was pretty scared...lol. it was sweet till this dude in a mini van came along..i ova took him in an over taking lane..then like 10 meters after the extra lane finished he passed me back real close...so i promtly gave hime the finger..then i lost him after he pulled over and about 20ks lata after a lil drink stop, i looked at my mirror and he was right there again riding my tail...so i just let him go and be a dick by himself. then onto the himatangi(?) straights..now that was scary..it was pretty windy and i got blowen round heaps but nothing too bad. after a bit of maccas at bulls i went across to wanganui and then up the para para highway to get back home. i mangaed to get my foot scraping around a 30k hairpin, a nice touch to my new sidi boot! then it was home sweet home once more but ths even more sweeter cos i have a bike now!! going for a ride with around 30ish riders tomorrow, my boss from work and two cheffs from work all ride and they told me to come so shold be awsome!! anyway just thought id fill you all in!

Sounds awesome. Good to hear you let that guy pass instead of making a big deal, giving good bikers a good name

Congrats on the bike - they are nice pieces of machinary - put fuel in and ride low matinence so its a great learners bike, as long as you aviod doing what I did.

Once again have fun and keep it black on black (road and rubber for you dirty buggers out there)
