    Powerbands are a thing of the 80's pre power valves which controleed teh power curve.

    the real brutal ones yeh, but even my 98 125 still has a pretty decent powerband, scale that up to an 800 and you will have some problems!

    i read a review of the big bore maicos and atks, the smaller of the big bores were the insane ones, the really huge ones like the 605s etc had real trial bike like motors, just oodles of bottom end and not an exceptional amount of top end and overev, these were the aircooled ones tho
    we may just go where no ones been
