    Honda Hydrogen CB750 motorbike concept

    http://gas2.org/2009/05/02/honda-hyd...cycle-concept/

Next, ditch the petroleum. This updated design runs on a four-cylinder liquid hydrogen engine emitting only water. To keep the bike tough and light, it will be made using a combination of carbon fiber, aluminum and titanium.
    Cool

    Strange looking...

    But I like the dash

Interesting concept. I suppose we will get the hydrogen from natural gas, or by burning 6kw/hr of coal to give us 1 kw/hr of hydrogen produced electrically.

And then what of saving the world ? Water Vapour is the worst cause of global warming !

[yes, there is always some prick happy to piss on the party lol]

You can see the obvious psychological scarring as a result of this poor designer having been exposed to images of ghastly KTM bikes. (are there any other kind of KTMs?). So sad.

    Needs a windscreen.
Edges too sharp looking, that nose needs to visit a nose reconstructor.
    Handlebars look really funny.

Otherwise the engine is still an interesting thing to keep an eye on.
Some people just can't seem to comprehend that they do not have the right to be unoffended in their lives.

I agree, the edges are too sharp. Kinda reminds me of a stealth bomber. Maybe if it was black.

I like the idea of hyrogen! that's high octane!

There's craploads of Hydrogen trapped in the artic ice. the Japanese are developing a way of extracting it without melting the ice. If sucessful it supposedly has enough to supply the world's energy needs for the next 20,000 years.

Yeah it would get some serious looks..

The energy expended to create the hydrogen doesn't remotely make it environmently friendly, but it would be great fun to make one of those just for the hoot of it.

edit: And this would be awesome "The six-speed dual-clutch transmission with electronic lurch and traction control."

    "Wow, Great advise there DB."
