Cave Weta I would LOVE to come do one of your courses, however with a young baby who is breastfed, its just a logistical nightmare for me to be able to leave town for more than half a day.
I am planning now (3 weeks) for the 8 hours I will have to be away from him to do the Sandy Pines ride LOL

Kezza, I think I am actually a bit faster than crfchick, she was loving chasing me as I was pushing her to go faster.... so we need someone faster than us to chase LOL
I'm all for the sessioning, but the aim of this is to speed up the learning process with an injection of experience LOL
So we can have an idea of where we are going wrong and right, and to sopt from picking up bad habits while riding.
Tis easier to avoid the bad habits, than try and break them later on!

Sunday the 17th will be a go-er, my mums back from the UK so babysitting is no probs now!

I will let you know about Sat, but I am very keen, gotta check with the boy.
    What time you heading up?

BTW, I think you my friend, will seriously kick my ass, but I'll give it a go at keeping up..... just hold in your laughter till the end alright LOL
Sarah, I reckon will keep up, she wasnt too far behind me, and she said she liked following cause she watched my lines, and it pushed her to speed up a bit..... which is always a good thing!

Taupo is too far away for me to go, unless i take breastfed baby with me, which makes riding difficult to say the least.......

As I have said so many times, REALLY hunting for anyone in the Wellington area.

I am sure there will be a decent amount of $$ in it and if they work out well, maybe there could be some regular clinics.......

Lots of others have suggested it and I will repeat them.......

Contact Chris Birch or Broxy training (google is good) and talk to them. They are brilliant trainers, know exactly what you need to know and will teach you more in 2 hours than you will learn in two weeks crashing around behind other riders and I'm not knocking the others that have offered their help here.
If you use Chris or Broxy you will make huge advances in your riding and learn the correct way to ride.

Don't get hung up about someone wellington based, it's just terrain, it doesn't matter where it is.

    Good luck.

If I cant find anyone local I might try them, but I would much rather have someone based in Wellington as it will be much easier with the weather, to be able to postpone rides weather pending......
If someone is coming from out of town, bit harder to do that. More expensive for them too.....

Another point is that a local rider would hopefully have better knowledge of local spots, places to ride the types of stuff you want to be teaching.....
Not necessarily true of course, but would be an advantage of being a local...

So we really need someone from Wellington/Wellington Area.

I found broxy to be incredibly patient and spent a bit of one on one time with each student to work on any areas that were bothering them in particular. worth every penny.
