    Wanted: Learning Space in Manawatu

Hi, The kids and I are new MX riders and we are looking for a space to practice and learn. We tried a MX club track but it was a bit too advanced for the kids.

We live in Foxton but willing to travel a little bit. What would be ideal is a paddock that has a couple of rises. Somewhere big enough so the eldest can get up to speed to change gear but not so flat that they get board riding in circles.

Any ideas / directions whould be appreciated.

    Hi there,

The perfect spot for you guy's would be the Taikorea bike park, only 15 mins from Foxton by Himatangi. They have a MX track and kids/learners track, also about 15km of X-country loops. Heres their interweb link..

They are open this sunday (10th) from 10 till 4pm. 10 bucks per rider.
