That is very trick work Hutchy! Bling Bling!
I can't afford Photoshop still, but one day I will get it as I am always fiddling with paint jobs on my bikes, except they do not have the expanses of plastic like the above Honda so it is only a weekend job to 'tickle them up' for me. The Honda would look awesome in any of the 3 pictures. My fave would have to be the wing one at the top but done in blood red instead of orange, or 're-sale red' as we call it...

yeah theres some real awesome ideas coming through. Dont really know exactly what I want, so its good to see different ideas, I like the look of simple and clean, not too "busy", hutchy has done some great ones there

Decided to give it a proper attempt today. I reckon it adds a couple of grand to your bike I figure simply a recolour of what you already have would be much cheaper and easy to do while still making the bike look 10X better.

If you want those stripes changed to a different colour let me know i only have red on my brain at the moment

yeah, that was along the lines of my original idea! wanna give the orange a go that hutchy used as well? Im not even remotely artistic so I wouldnt really know what might look good against the black unless I saw it, I just cant picture stuff in my head like that!

wow orange is a difficult colour to work with. This is the best i could do. The top looks ugly and dark because i dont know my way around GIMP as well as i do photoshop (which im too lazy to install). Hutchy is going to have to do it properly i think

Lasso off what you want to change.
Hue/Saturation - Crank the saturation right up.
Play with Hue to get the colour.

Ah yep i was playing with the wrong colour editor

I have each seperate part in a layer mask so easy to edit for a new colour. Have attached how the above image should have looked! The only problem i see with stock decals is the bottom fairing is a bit empty. I think i will have a play with that next!

    Needs HONDA down there.

Yeah. I usually have 'tank' 'fairing' 'tail' 'gaurd' type transparant layers.

had a piss poor effort with paint, haha, some one wanna try and show their prowess by doing it nicely? ive extended the red over the tank etc to better fit the curves of the bike, and put honda at the bottom in white... any body?

I did these on the orange bike (i think the red looks much better but orange was already open ) Didnt post them up earlier as i didnt think they turned out that great

Something that i might try and do is take the CBR logo off the rear and run the decal from the front down to the rear under the seat. Depends on how bored i am tonight!

Oh and is that a huge dent in your tank!!? How did i only just notice this
