take it to a radiator specialist (they do cage ones and everything) and they should be able to weld it up for you
If Wile. E. Coyote could afford all that ACME crap, why didnt he just buy dinnner?

I could stick my thumb in the hole, it's a decent size.

I've had one of my VFR ones welded up and a new filler cap neck fitted. Not expensive and they did a good job (A1 Radiators in Christchurch)

Top or bottom rad? they're often on tardme and should be under fifty bucks (bearing in mind that you are buying something that more than likely has the problem you already have...)

ok, i started taking off the lower radiator....as soon as i pull out the bottom LHS hose...like 1L of coolant comes spilling out....so...whats happening?...has the hole already been fixed(the hole does look like its had abit of welding on the top and bottom)?..or do i still have a problem? (apart from having almost no coolant now?)

    get it checked!

for years now I've had Kumeu radiators do all my repairs (had a few on the dirtbike and once on my nc30) and so far i've had no problems
