Hi There,
Maybe one of you can help on this little issue………. back in 2004 we left ENZED for greener fields but pretty much after our return to Europe we recognized it wasn't a good idea. Unfortunately we never thought to return and stopped the immigration process immediately.
Now we are half way back (geographically) but I'm certainly not in the position to take up a job or applying for a visa. In Europe it is possible to buy a house without having the legal right to take up work as long as you can guarantee founds and pay tax. I had a chat to an Auckland immigration officer but he wasn't really interested to deal with anything, especially not with me.
Now my question, can anyone give me legal advice (don't mind paying) if it is possible or not and if yes how to proceed! If not, I just simply need a job offer………to gain enough points for the application. Not sure if this could be an option as I don't really want to leave my present job until I have enough money to retire….laughing
Cheers guys
Markus
