Yep I could be up for a ride one day this weekend, so who's going to make a decision on what day it is? Or do we wait to see what the weather is doing

yeah keeping an eye on the long range weather forecast at the mo til bit later in the week but lookin like Saturday may be best day weather wise.

got itchy wheels and things to do but feel a ride could be theraputic - anyone else in need of spinning up some gravel for a coupla hours today - time could be flexible - need to back in Hutt by 5pm so either AM or PM is possible at this stage

hello Mark - yes went to Ocean Beach - JMJ getting familiar with his new (to him) Katoom - Paladin, EddieB, Balrog & Howie - great riding - others may come along and explain the rest of their day - I peeled off to get home for some domestic bliss - Ciao Aslan

yes today we ventured in to the land of the lost...
i wanted to take the ktm off road, and have a play..in an uncontrolled manor.

i was much more surprised, how controllable the bigger bike was in the sand and lose shingle....we all did good and no offs for any one...sweet..

Was great fun today guys as always! And good to see Balrog & Aslan; been a long time since I got to ride with you two!
Had a couple of spots where I was wishing the DR still had the D606 rear on, but all good nonetheless!
And came home to an email offer on the DR, AND a viewing on it tomorrow with a 2nd interested party, so a good day all round!
(I even cleaned my bike when I got in.... shock horror!)

Lookin forward to my next "child free" weekend in 2 weeks time for another ride - ya never know, may have a new bike by then!

It was good to catch up with all of you. I was just out for a ride when who should I run into loitering around the petrol station in featherston, but this group on their way to Ocean beach so decided to tag along. heres a few pictures from the day.
