    I need a 99 CR250 swing arm.

Any ideas? Anyone got one laying round?

I got this bike for dad for his bday but the swing arm bearings and linkage bearings are stuffed and so stuck that an engineer can't get em out.

I am pissed off that the guy who sold it to me didn't know - or say - they were stuffed and just sold it like that. Not to say it's not my fault for checking more thoroughly.

Anyway - I need to get it sorted. Alternatively. What is the bike worth without these parts? Anyone need a good motor/clutch/fork/wheel parts?

It owes me 2k. If I even get $1500 for it I would be happy at this stage.

Are the bts you press in stuffed or just the bearings? If its only the bearings, you should be able to save it. Otherwise call Econohonda.

It's all stuffed. Rusted/corroded in. Swing arm started to crack when heated so the left it.

    Econohonda. I'll call em.

PS The work was done by an engineering shop. I can only assume they know what they are talking about when they say its more trouble than it's worth.

Oh that's not bad. Sweet. I am going to the states in a couple months too. Dad might have to wait but it looks do-able. Cheeeeeeeeeeeers.
