    Oh I'll just adjust that.

    No fly by wire on the old R1's and my throttle cable had slack.
    No probs, should be a 2 second job?!
    No adjustment at the top end so it must be ...... in there? (looks at engine)
    Seat off, loosen tank mounts, turn off fuel tap, remove fuel and breather pipes, remove tank, remove air box....hell am I getting closer?
    Yes! I can see looking down into the carb bodies those clever jappers have designed it so two 10mm spanners will just squeak a couple of turns here and there. Took up the slack and finished the second beer.
    Re-assembling was only a one beer job.
    And road testing took all afternoon

    That's one two second job I would have got someone else to do. Well done.
