XRV Additional Fuel and Water Storage

The following upgrade provides an additional two gallons or 7.5 liters of fuel or water on your XRV. In order to maintain convenient access to the existing cargo space, avoid exposing electronics/personal property to fluids and to keep the weight low and forward, the additional fuel or water containers were mounted on the engine guards. If you have ever been stranded without water or fuel or if you enjoy consecutive days of camping without visiting service stations for water or fuel, you may find this upgrade appealing. Take care & ride safely... Stay hydrated & ride with peace of mind by extending your cruising range with two additional gallon of fuel.

First image reflecting RotoPax mounts welded to engine guards. (How about those 'pit crew' gals? The gal on the seat was about 6'4" or 193 cm!)

Pannier Table Top Work Space Expansion

XRV Fans: Hello again. If you desire a convenient flat surface for your cooking stove, you may find the following table desirable. The table top was cut to fit in the bottom of my trunk. Therefore, it is very easy to store and only requires a couple millimeters vertical space within the trunk.

XRV Additional Fuel and Water Storage

After a little searching, I found a better photograph of the engine guards, without the distraction of the pit crew gals.

    XRV Front Tire Change Support

XRV Fans: The following photographs illustrate a convenient way of supporting the front tire while repairing a flat or replacing both front and rear tires simultaneously. This may also help you save a few dollars by mounting your own tires while on the road. The rod was machined to securely support the front of the motorcycle in varied terrain. The two pieces of metal rod are connected a long threaded rod to enable varying lengths and convenient storage. just an fyi.. Take care & ride safely.

XRV Mud Guard and Shock 'Sock"

The following isn't very creative, but I suggest either or both of the following to prolong the life of your rear shock seals. just an fyi
