Anyone in Welly had any work done at Cycleworks?

I'm after and exhaust for my Triumph I'm sick of the ugly stainless one on it.

Have been thinking about buying an nice Two Bros one or something but cant really justify that much coin for one atm.

So i started thinking Cycleworks I'm all in favor of supporting local businesses. Has anyone had an exhaust done by them before, whats there quality and pricing like are you happy with the job???

Haven't had a Cycleworks so can't comment on them, but I rate Neptune as being very good in terms of looks and quality.

Check out my profile pic for the Neptunes I had fitted to my VTR.

Mark at Neptune is a good guy to deal with as well.

I just bought an exhaust form Fuel Exhausts in the UK and it was significantly cheaper than any local quote, and beautifully made to boot. The coloured titanium ones might be up your alley.

It took 4 days from order to doorstep.

I'm not sure Neptune are still going. I couldn't find any contact details that worked.

Cycleworks is open on Saturday mornings. Best to call though.

DrogenOmen, Damon at Cycleworks could make you something to suit. Why not make a visit?

I have twin Cycleworks exhausts on my Hornet, they rock, turned it from a boring quiet sewing machine into a louder sewing machine and made it sound deeper so I can actually hear it now. Did a great job, listened to what I wanted and did it without any fuss, beaut!!

Shipping was 75 quid, but as I say it still worked out more than $200 under local quotes, with a significantly shorter wait time, which is important if you're impatient like me.

You will not believe how much it weighs, either.

I had a "Blueflame" (dual port, oval) on a previous bike and it was gorgeous, noisy and light. Thoroughly recommended

Yea I have got a fair idea how stupidly heavy it is.

Thanks for the helpful comments, Will go down and have a chat with Damon and see if he can do me a sweet deal
